Are your watches serviced?

Every watch undergoes a thorough examination before being listed to ensure its authenticity. Any visible restorations or replacement components are fully disclosed. If mechanical servicing is needed—whether it’s a simple regulation or a complete teardown and rebuild—it is completed prior to listing. All our timepieces come with a 1-year mechanical warranty and a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

Do you only sell vintage watches?

No, while most of our timepieces are vintage, we offer watches from every decade of watchmaking. Although we specialize in vintage timepieces, we also stock select modern pieces.

Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Tampa, Florida. We operate exclusively online to bring you the best selection of vintage and pre-owned watches.

How do your source watches?

Ottuhr obtains its modern, antique, and vintage watches from a variety of sources: collectors, our clients, and from local and international dealers who sell only to the trade. Each watch is ethically sourced.

Do you accept offers?

Yes, Ottuhr accepts offers on all timepieces. However, we do not hold watches for offers, nor can we guarantee that your offer will be accepted. All our watches are already priced below standard market rates, and we regularly update prices to reflect current market trends.

Are your watches water-pressure tested?

We do not recommend using our timepieces in wet environments, as they are predominantly vintage or pre-owned. 

Why?

No matter how well-constructed a watch is, its water resistance ultimately depends on small rubber gaskets, which are prone to failure over time. While most of our watches are perfectly suited for daily wear, we strongly advise keeping them away from water

WARRANTY

What type of warranty do you offer?

Each timepeice is backed with a one-year mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. Each piece is thoroughly evaluated and authenticated by our timepiece specialists, and, if necessary, undergoes service or maintenance prior to sale. All watches are sold in proper working condition, operating and functioning as intended. Most of our timepieces feature manual winding or automatic movements, which may not be as accurate as modern quartz. Please note that none of our timepieces are guaranteed to be water-resistant, and customary care is always essential.Our warranty may be voided under the following conditions: internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling, abusive treatment, modifications, or any repairs or tampering by unauthorized third parties. This warranty is non-transferable.

Exclusions?

This warranty does not cover damage or wear to the case, crown, crystal, strap, bracelet, or battery. It will be void if the timepiece is tampered with, modified, altered, or serviced by anyone other than Analog:Shift, Watches of Switzerland Group, or the manufacturer. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or routine maintenance services.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Union Pay. Additionally we offer financing plans though Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay. Wallets such as alipay and paypal are also accepted.

Do you charge sales tax?

We (OTTUHR, LLC) are legally registered and required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Florida, as mandated by state law. Please note that we only charge sales tax for orders with Florida shipping addresses; all other orders shipped outside of Florida will not be subject to sales tax.

Recently many states have issued guidance regarding purchases for which residents did not pay sales tax. When sales tax is not charged, use tax may be due on transaction that may have otherwise been taxable. Learn More

RETURNS / REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

You may return any item for a full refund within 14 days from the date you received or signed for the item. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Are returns free?

We offer free secure return shipping. All returns must be in our original packaging along with original paperwork.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer ground shipping for $4.99 (free for orders over $49.99), 2-day shipping for $19.99, and 1-day shipping for $49.99. All shipments are insured.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
