At OTTUHR (OTTUHR, LLC), we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase and its implementation. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or its implementation, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days from the date you received and/or signed for the item.

Activation of Refund Policy

  • The 30-day refund policy is activated on the date the buyer signs for the delivery of the product, or is marked as delivered by the shipping company. This date will be recorded and acknowledged as the start of the 30-day period.
  • Once a return has been initiated, the product must be shipped within 7 days.

Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included with the product.
  • The product should not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration. Products that are returned damaged or altered will not qualify for a refund.
  • Once a return has been initiated, the product must be shipped within 7 days. Failure to ship the item within 7 days may result in cancellation and ineligibility for a refund.

Process for Returning a Product

  • You will be provided with a Return Label and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the product securely and include all original contents inside the package.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refund for Damaged Items

OTTUHR reserves the right to withhold refunds if the item is returned damaged, missing components, or has been altered or tampered with in any way.

Assessment of Damage

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will assess the extent of the damage.
  • The assessment will determine whether the damage was caused by customer mishandling or other factors.

Calculation of Partial Refund

  • If the damage is determined to be due to customer mishandling, a partial refund will be issued.
  • The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the severity and type of damage.
    • Minor damage (e.g., scratches, minor dents): Up to 85% refund.
    • Moderate damage (e.g., significant dents, partial functionality issues): Up to 50% refund.
    • Major damage (e.g., broken parts, significant functionality issues): Up to 25% refund.
    • Irreparable damage (e.g., product is not functional or beyond repair): No refund.

Notification and Refund Processing

  • The customer will be notified of the assessment results and the corresponding refund amount via email or phone within [number of days, typically 5-7] business days of receiving the returned product.
