1. Check Eligibility
Review our return policy, and make sure your item is still eligible for a return. Your item should be in the same condition as received, and you should've received the item within the last 30 days.
2. Gather Information
To complete your return, you'll need to fill out a return request form. We'll need the email you used to purchase the item and your order number. Both of which can be found in your order confirmation email or shipment confirmation email.
3. Complete Return Form
At the bottom of the page you'll find a button. Click the button to load the form. Once you've submitted the form we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Ship The Item Back
A member of our team will issue you a return label. Once we've received the watch back, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
