The technical specification denotes a case combining 904L steel and 18k yellow gold (3), a fluted bezel in 18k gold (3), and the 1162xx series’ “super case” with its characteristically broad lugs. This reference is historically significant as the modern successor to the 16233, introducing substantial engineering upgrades.
