Rolex GMT-Master II 16760

The first GMT-Master II, nicknamed the “Fat Lady” for its thicker case needed to house the new Cal. 3085 movement. This caliber was a major innovation, allowing the 12-hour hand to be set independently for easy adjustment to local time zones. The 16760 was also the first reference to feature a sapphire crystal and the iconic red and black “Coke” bezel insert. Its short production run and pioneering features make it a historically significant and collectible reference, produced exclusively in stainless steel.
