Valjoux 22 Description

The Valjoux 22 is a highly significant large-format (14”’) manual-wind, column-wheel chronograph movement. Produced for an incredible 60 years, it was a foundational “workhorse” caliber for Valjoux. Its robust build and larger size made it ideal for the oversized wrist and pocket chronographs of the early to mid-20th century. It was used by premier brands like Rolex (in “pre-Daytona” models), Vacheron Constantin, and Heuer.
