Tudor
Tudor is a Swiss luxury watchmaker founded in 1926 by Hans Wilsdorf, the founder of Rolex, to be a more affordable alternative that maintained the same high standards of quality and dependability. Historically, Tudor was known for its robust tool watches, using Rolex cases and crowns with third-party movements, and was issued to military divers, including the French Marine Nationale and US Navy. Today, Tudor has forged its own distinct identity with highly popular collections like the vintage-inspired Black Bay and the modern Pelagos, many of which are now powered by its own in-house manufacture calibers.
