Bucherer

Bucherer is a historic Swiss luxury company founded in 1888, originating as a premier watch and jewelry shop in Lucerne. The company grew into one of the world’s most prominent luxury retailers while also producing its own high-end timepieces under the “Carl F. Bucherer” brand. This manufacturing arm is highly regarded for its technical innovations, particularly the development of the first serially produced peripheral rotor automatic movement. In 2023, the entire Bucherer group, a long-standing key partner of Rolex, was acquired by Rolex.
