Reference 6034 is an early ‘Pre-Daytona’ Oyster Chronograph produced from the late 1940s into the 1950s. It is powered by the Valjoux 72 manual-wind movement. Similar to the later Ref. 6234, its key technical identifier is a multi-scale dial featuring both a tachymeter and a telemeter scale, often in blue and red print, respectively. The 36mm Oyster case features pump pushers and an acrylic crystal. It is historically significant as a classic example of the post-war Rolex chronograph design, combining robust functionality with a complex, instrument-like dial layout.
