At OTTUHR (OTTUHR, LLC), we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase and its implementation. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or its implementation, you may return the product for a full refund within 10 days from the date you received and signed for the item.

Activation of Refund Policy

  • The 10-day refund policy is activated on the date the buyer signs for the delivery of the product. This date will be recorded and acknowledged as the start of the 10-day period.

Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included with the product.
  • The product should not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration. Products that are returned damaged or altered will not qualify for a refund.
  • If the implementation of the product is part of the purchase, the implementation must be completed within the 10-day period. The customer must communicate any dissatisfaction with the implementation within this period.

Process for Returning a Product

  • You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the product securely and include the RAN inside the package.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Moderate damage (e.g., significant dents, partial functionality issues): Up to 50% refund.
    • Major damage (e.g., broken parts, significant functionality issues): Up to 25% refund.
    • Irreparable damage (e.g., product is not functional or beyond repair): No refund.

Notification and Refund Processing
