This Ernest Borel Cocktail watch displays time through a rotating disc mechanism rather than with traditional hands. Hours and minutes are indicated by two red triangular pointers that travel along a fixed outer chapter ring. This white ring is marked with applied, black-filled rectangular indices. The center of the watch features a “kaleidoscope” effect, created by a spinning top disc with a cut-out starburst pattern layered over a dark lower disc, which functions as a continuous seconds indicator. The round, gold-tone case is fitted with stylized lugs, a signed crown, and a display caseback that shows the 17-jewel manual wind movement.
