An unusual and very interesting Wittnauer Reference 2065 in steel, featuring a 32 x 38mm round case with a wide sloped bezel and deep grooves at each hour location, bold curved lugs, and a screw-down case back. It has a very distinctive waffle-textured dial and “Art Deco” Arabic indices. The dial is all original and shows some gentle aging and patina. It retains its original tritium lume plots, which have developed a dark patina. Powered by a 17-jewel manual wind caliber 1080 movement with sweep seconds.
